3.	•	We work out how much we can lend you
4.	•	You walk out with your cash
5.	•	We place your jewellery safely in one of our secure safes

You have several options once you have taken out the loan, which are detailed below;

Renew - Come back any time before your loan is due, pay the interest and extend your loan for up to a further 6 months.

Pay down – Pay off a small amount of the loan and renew. This will allow you to decrease the loan amount and so decrease the monthly interest payments.

Redeem/Pick up – Come in at any time before your loan is due, pay off the loan and interest and get your jewellery back

Towards the end of the contract we will write to you to remind you about your jewellery loan. If you choose not to redeem your jewellery we will dispose of it to repay the loan.
